These villas are owned by a local company and Sunpool Villas act as agents. At first I had some reservations about the authenticity of Sunpool but after phone calls to Sunpool and the owners in Lanzarote I was re-assured. Sunpool´s pre-holiday admin and communication was excellent. Their staff responded promptly to e-mails and clearly they have invested considerably in their IT systems to facilitate secure payment. Provided in advance with detailed instructions to access the complex and villa there was no need to meet up with a local rep which was nice at the end of a tiring travel day. At the other end just popping the key back into the external key safe worked well. There were a few minor maintenance issues on arrival (not the fault of Sunpool) but an e-mail to the owners resulted in them being dealt with within a few hours. The villa was well equipped and met all our accommodation and self catering needs. I would use Sunpool again.

Villa Blancas 46, la maison est conforme à la description, elle est bien équipée, nous avons eu la wifi à la maison, la piscine chauffée très appréciable en cette période, un bon contact avec la personne qui s´occupe de l´entretien piscine, très réactif et efficace! un grand merci à Arantxa. c´est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons pour une 5 ème année !!!!!

Villa blanca 47 clean and comfortable beds and towels were changed twice weekly nice big comfiest bed quite private good sunbeds nice pool we had a couple of small issues which were dealt with immediatly WiFi not great if you need to send emails but adequate for playing games but would highly recommend and defiantly use again

Basic and clean Villa, Lovely location, the outside space and the pool were great, couldn´t keep the kids out of it. Had beautiful weather which made it all the better. Internet hot spot was little annoying that you had to log in every time to use but was good to have at least. There was no instructions to use the safe but after a quick e mail to Sunpool their man came straight round to show us how it worked and brought instructions to keep in the Villa.

It´s a private villa in a secluded area. You hardley see or hear your neighbours, though they are quite close. So it is the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxing holiday not far away from the town. But you definitely need a car! The contact to the manager was very, very good. We asked for two new sunbeds, because ours were a little broken and a few hours later they stood beside our pool.

Très bonnes prestations pour ce logement,situé au calme à proximité de la promenade du bord de mer ( 2 km ). Equipement conforme à la description sur le site. Rien à reprocher en ce qui concerne la propreté des lieux si ce n´est les draps, qui bien que propres avaient des traces non parties au lavage. Une mention spéciale pour Arantxa , qui depuis la réservation jusqu´à notre départ a été d´une réactivité et d´une gentillesse impeccable. Il est dommage que nous n´ayions pas eu l´occasion de la voir pour pouvoir la remercier de vive voix.

Very disappointing I thought standards had risen but not at No 47. Unfortunately we booked for 28 days 1 No information/welcome pack, therefore didn´t know 2. How Safe worked 3. Couldn´t open unusual window patio door locks 4. Promised WiFi internet only got a hotel hotspot that didn´t work effectively emails took all day to send 5. TV service only had 2 stations BBC world news & CNN world news 6. Only 1 hand/bathtowel each 7. No heating in lounge it was very cold most of the 28 days we spent at the villa 47 8. Very close to local area 10 large BINS collections starting 5.30 am Pool very dirty torn cover it was only cleaned once in 28 days we never used it My biggest disappointment was the lack of decent WiFi before booking I stressed My need to communicate with the UK each day. As you know I was complaining about the poor quality some time taking all day to clear a email. In the end I had to purchase a EE dongle. I thought a reasonable request was to be re-enqbursed with the £53.17 it cost me to improve the WIFi After 4 weeks the owner as eventually replied rejecting my complaint & advice to improve there offer. BEWARE

La villa est spacieuse, bien équipée sauf pour la vaisselle notamment les couverts qui étaient en nombre insuffisant, mais Arantxa est très efficace et a fait le nécessaire pour y remédier et résoudre tous les petits problèmes... La wifi fonctionne très mal et très difficilement ! Le ménage, (une fois par semaine), est vraiment réduit au minimum... Un peu loin de la mer : voiture nécessaire. Avons apprécié la piscine chauffée !

Conforme à nos attentes sauf que la wifi ne marche pas dans la maison. Il manque de la vaisselle en particulier aucun plat de service pas de bol etc..... Les draps du lit de 180 n´etaient pas adaptés.

Internet no funciona bien en algunas villas que están separadas de las antenas... Llega la señal... Per están muy lejos las antenas para devolverla... Están mal dimensionada la instalación. Las vallas entre la calle y entre algunas casas no son altas, por lo que pierdes privacidad en la oscila o tomando el sol. El resto de cosas.... Bien

Quiet area. Villas are overlooked by each other but not too intrusive. Kla clean Beds very comfortable, master bedroom has huge bed. Well equipped although welcome pack would have been nice or at least some bin liners and soap. Stated bed and towel change weekly, this happened 2 days before we left. The pool man came the day before we left, topped up the pool, didn´t clean it. We saw him in the street the day we arrived and asked him for a net for the pool, which he said he would provide, this never materialised, so unable to clean the pool the whole of our stay. Wifi temperamental, as hot spot is used. Surrounding area not the best in playa blanca, however, easy reach of promenade and some interesting walks. A car will be advised if you are not a keen walker. Tip, try some of the restaurant s away from the main area, you will be pleasantly surprised and they can also be more affordable.

Très bon séjour de deux semaines à villas blancas ! Piscine privée et maison impeccables le jour de notre arrivée. Villas blancas est un endroit calme, ensoleillé, il s´agit de plusieurs villas isolées donc peu de vis à vis et de passage, pas très loin de la plage où il y a quelques restaurants mais nous conseillons vraiment d´avoir une voiture pour les déplacements, les visites et les courses. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et surtout avec sunpool, site que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous avons été surpris pas leur professionnalisme, leur réactivité assez exceptionnelle je dois dire par rapport à tous les prestataires que nous avions eu auparavant pour nos vacances et en plus sympathiques! :)

Location propre et tranquille, mais : - pas de manche aux balai et serpillière. Quand nous avons appelé la maintenance, ils nous ont apporté des serviettes. - 3 verres a pied et 4 verres a eau pour 4 personnes. Un peu juste tout de même - pas de notice dans la villa pour les codes wifi, il nous a fallu attendre le milieu du séjour pour les obtenir. - aucun placard pour ranger les provisions, la cuisine est pourtant grande. - une seule prise électrique sur le plan de travail. 3 au niveau du sol! Donc grille pain par terre pour pouvoir se servir en même temps du micro onde (notice inexistante, fonctionnement pas intuitif du tout ) - casier à bouteilles dans bas porte frigo absente, on ne prend pas garde, on met les bouteilles dans ceux plus haut mais moins profonds et patatra bouteille par terre à l´ouverture de la porte ( retour a la remarque no1, pas facile de nettoyer avec un balai et une serpillière sans manche!) Il suffirait que tous ces défauts soient corrigés pour que la location ait une très bonne note.

Villlas Blancas est situé dans une résidence calme, à 2 pas de la station balnéaire très sympathique de Playa Blanca (prévoir une voiture !) Le service fourni est de grande qualité, la piscine chauffée appréciable, la literie excellente. Nous y avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Un seul petit bémol : notre villa était peu abritée du vent et du regard des voisins (côté piscine).

El garaje no estaba disponible. Debería tener algún tipo de mantel para preservar las mesas. De todas formas, totalmente satisfactorio.
