• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after the first payment.

• Full refund if the villa is booked again.
• If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, the deposit only.
• If you cancel between 90 days and up to 48 hours before arrival, the deposit plus 15%.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, 100%.
