Description

Beautiful villa located in the complex Faro Park of Playa Blanca, this is a very quiet residential area, Villa Male is a villa of two floors very well equipped where you can enjoy the sun in its large outdoor private area.

Villa Male has a main room in the first floor with a large terrace and ensuite bathroom, this room is very independent with the rest of the house so this house is ideal for two families, on the ground floor there ares two bedrooms with two single beds and an extra bed for a child, a bathroom, kitchen opened to the living room and dining room with access to the pool, the common areas of Villa Male are spacious as well as the outside.

The location of this holiday rental villa is very appreciated by our customers as it is not essential to rent a car, at 5 minutes walking there is a shopping area with several supermarkets, bars such as Cafe "Le Moka" or "La Pezuña Negra", restaurants such as "La Flamenca" or "El Faro", a few meters from Villa Male there is also a bus stop line to go to Playa Blanca centre.

Such a fabulous Villa, we stayed in November 2018 and loved it so much we returned October this year (2019) already booked for March 2020. Such a brilliant location, easy access to Playa Blanca, Flamingo Beach and Rubicon Marina, bus just outside and easy walking on the promenade. Eugina is so fantastic in helping out when there is a question to ask too. Just Brilliant!! 😃

Also a great location in terms of the faro park area facilities and very private. also the first villa I have rented (5 previous ones) where someone has met us at the proprerty to go through everything which was quite nice. We recently stayed at Villa Malr for ten days with our sons in there 20’s and girlfriends. The house was incredibly spacious much bigger than the pictures show. We had the first floor all to ourselves, huge bedroom and en-suite with a massive roof terrace this gave us great privacy when needed. The pool was great warm and beds for us all, the area is much larger than the photos portray. We loved the bar b que area the best it was very private and great fo4 our party night lovely ambience and so much fun to cook on. Eugenia met us and gave us all the info we needed, The villa is on the outskirts of Playa Blanca which we loved because it was quiet and unhurried. We had superb restaurants over the road Dal Trevisano by far the best Italian in the whole resort and El Faro the Tapas bar, Had the freshest taiestbtapas we had all holiday. The supermarkets were handy too and when we went into town it was on,y €5.50 o the main town. We cannot recommend this Villa enough, please try it you will love it.

A spacious, well-equipped villa which is close to shops and restaurants. It is on a bus route into the town which means you can walk in and get the bus home! The kids loved the pool. The managers are responsive and the whole process from booking to returning home was efficiently handled. Can recommend.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped - great for the family with kids, even the smallest one (bed, high chair, games, toys- all in great condition). The pool was clean and heated ready to swim. Location is perfect - close to the shops and restaurants. There is also small parking space for one/ two cars. There is just one con - when we arrived there was pretty cold inside the house and there was no heater in any room.

The Villa was nice. Quite large and a little echoey. Lovely lady greeted us. Villa is situated opposite a row of restaurants and a couple of shops. There wasn´t any immediate local information left unfortunately or personal recommendations etc / welcome book but there were numerous leaflets of water parks and restaurants so we soon found our feet. The pool was ´heated´ but we were only able to use it once nearer the end of our 10 day stay; apparently the timer was set wrong (so the pool guy said) and so the pool just wasn´t warm enough to use in the early 20´s weather. This was extremely disappointing as we´d purposely wanted a villa with a sufficiently heated pool. Personally a few upgrades are needed: pillows and mattresses were not fantastic quality and quite uncomfortable, and there was no sweeping brush or hoover so we were unable to tidy up as we went which was disappointing. Oddly however there were two dustpans; just no brushes. We believed the bedding etc would be changed midweek and due to the lack of a sweeping brush / hoover we presumed the villa would have a quick sweep through at the same time....however although we had a towel change on day 7 (we went for 10 days) we didn´t have our bedding changed and the villa was not swept through. There were quite a lot of baby ants around, again I guess this can´t be helped as such but I presume these could have been prevented a little more had we had the tools to clean. Bottle of wine and some cheese left for our arrival which was a nice gesture. We did leave quite a few bits of unused/ unopened drinks and food which we hope was well used. Overall a nicely situated holiday pad. Car isn´t necessarily required although we had one so we could get out and about a little easier. Sunpool specifically were very quick to respond to any queries and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use them again. Would visit this villa again if there were a few little upgrades. :)

Just returned from villa Male had a great week villa had everything we needed, had two BBQ s enjoyed the pool area had sun all day till 6.30. Will definitely consider this villa if we return to Lanzarote. We did hire a car from the airport, and used it every day to get around the island. There were regular buses 3 mins from villa supermarket and restaurants within 3 mins walk which we used when not eating in, all all were great.

From the start, Sunpool Villas were friendly and helpful. They helped us choose what villa would be right for us and were very patient and quick answering our queries, I would definitely book with them again. Villa Male is the best villa we have stayed in. The owner, Maria, was there to greet us, she was friendly and showed us around the villa, Eugenia is the hostess who you contact if there is a problem or you have a question and she was very prompt at replying. We were a little warm in the downstairs bedrooms on the first night and enquired if there were fans available. Eugenia contacted Maria and 2 hours later two brand new room fans arrived which did a perfect job, that´s how good the customer service was. The villa is located right next to the row of shops, restaurants, bars and bakery at Faro Park. I was apprehensive that this may mean there is noise from these in the outdoor areas or that we would be kept awake at night, that was not the case at all and it was very handy to have these amenities nearby and a frequent reliable bus service into Playa Blanca should you require it. The villa is even more amazing than it looks on the pictures. If you are a group of six, you won´t be on top of each other and the different areas accommodate for six people easily. It´s clean, the bedding and towels are lovely and are changed once a week. It is packed full of everything you require and more, there is plentiful crockery, cutlery and an amazing array of glasses. The dishwasher was handy, as was the washing machine. The Wi-Fi signal is amazing, important when you are travelling with teenagers! There isn´t any English channels but we hardly had the tv on, we had taken a supply of dvds if we fancied watching a film. The indoor areas were great for lounging around, the outdoor area is amazing. The pool was clean and the warmest we have had. I cannot recommend this villa enough, we are hoping to book for next year.

This is a Large spacious villa in an excellent location all fixtures and fittings were of good quality beds were very comfy 2 large bathrooms both with bath and showers fully equipped kitchen plenty of plates glasses cutlery etc washing machine and dishwasher worked well the pool looks recently refurbished new ridge tiles etc and was a good size the convenience of 3 supermarkets and several bars and restaurants meant you did not have to go into town all the time but if you did bus service every half hour @ €1.40 each was excellent and taxi back from town approx €5.40 a separate spacious bbq was also located in the large garden area great villa for families with children felt safe and secure here would def recommend to family and friends towels and bedding changed once a week sunpool villas very responsive to any needs you may have thumbs up 👍

This was our second visit to the villa and we hope to be back again next year! Compared to other villas we have stayed in, it is very private (the pool is not overlooked at all), spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed - including reliable WiFi. The location is close to the shops, restaurants and the sea. There is a very good bus service running into Playa Blanca within a few minutes walk. Maria and her team were very helpful and looked after us throughout.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Villa Male, very well cared for by our hostess Eugenia. The villa was lovely, large with a great conservatory, pool and upper double bedroom suite so our party of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. It was clean with lovely sofas and dinning table but we would recommend taking DVD´s because there are are very few English channels. We were just over the road from the Faro park supermarket, restaurant and bus stop so very well located. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!
